What are Dreams?

There are the ones we speak of and those that remain a silent testament to mind. They are full of lessons and adventures; messages and desires. Many faces we know and love but never behold in the day--who are they? Those I love or ever have loved appear to me during sleep, where we are limitless and ageless. Mysteries are solved. I can know what has not yet been told and live to hear it spoken for the first time. How can this be? Does it put a slant on me? I never tell or seldom do, because of Salem and labels that are hard to shake. Maybe all voices are one and while we sleep the barriers come undone.

Your visit was a nice surprise! Probably no surprise that I had, just this morning, stopped by this blog site to see if you had been posting here...I have missed your writings (I've told you that already :-)
Hope all is well with you. It was nice seeing you the other day...and thanks for the encouragement. I wouldn;t have guessed that this stage in parenting would be the hardest...I had been told by so many people that this is a time of joy because the house gets quieter and quieter...to me, though, I have realized how attached I was to the comfort of a full house.. It made my heart feel full and alive (albeit, tired!)
Time for Mommy to get her own life :-)
